Mathieu Needle Driver 5.5"

Mathieu Needle Drivers are designed for left handed midwives, but can also be used by right-handed midwives as well. The benefit of this design is that it is spring-loaded, so it's easier to open and close by squeezing your palm, no rings involved. The needle driver is opened by squeezing it past the 3 rachets and the spring will open the driver. This size is 5.5" and is useful for most midwives. If you have larger hands, I would recommend the 6 3/4" or 7 1/2" option depending on brand.
